  • I would venture to say he gave up on life, where the darkness prevails. Hopeless Dark present and future, Incorrect Thinking, unable to see clearly - I was born blind because I believe either I sinned or my parents, it doesn't matter
• What was Jesus How? It's a better!
  • Physical miracle - my sight restored
  • Mental miracle - I have my life restored, I can now add value to society by providing a service to others in exchange for money. I am more than this broken man which you see. I don't have to be defined by profession (begger), possessions (money) or physical appearance (blind). I am defined by who I am, my BE - a follower/disciple of Jesus, a recipient of God's miracle.
  • Spiritual miracle - my stigma was removed, I'm was not born blind because of some payback for bad choices.
  • I found my God - “Dost thou believe on the Son of God?” (John 9:35) “Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.” (John 9:38)
  • I know the secret to miracles - ”…any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.” (John 9:31)

• How liberating - one moment the shame of being identified as a sinner and resorting to begging, to the next moment being able to see and realize that I am more than this broken image you see me, I am recipient of God's miracle and I know the key how to have of the power of Jesus Christ in my life daily. The works of God are truly manifest in me.
