  * Step 1: Download and install [[http://diamondtraffic.com/product/Centurion-Free|Centurion Free]]
  * Step 2: Connect RoadRunner3 (RR3) 6-pin to USB cable to PC
    * If you don't connect first, will get "Can't Open COM Port!" message from Centurion
  * Step 3: Open RR3
    * When linked drop down list, select: **Just go to Setup/Monitor**
    * Advanced Setup
    * Stop Recording

    * Select file to download -> Download Selected File
    * Cancel window "RoadRunner 3 Timestamp Data Processor"
