submit application to Chuck O'Neill, Planner with Clark County Comprehensive Planning, voice: 702-455-5621, email: cro@clarkcountynv.gov. Basically he just accepts the vacation form and enters it into the system. Then it goes back to Steve Williams for review.

Research if BLM Patent Easement Exists
check the title report on the property, should give the County Recorders Document Number that created the easement.

County Recorder's Office
Documents recorded in the old system use Digital Reel Online. This is only available at the County (2nd floor of Government Center). Using the kiosk computers, open Digital Reel Online ? enter Book Number. Once found, give the person at the front counter the page#, then they will print it. Cost is $1 a page. Alternative is to get favor from Philip.
